QNTSTACK users may request the deletion of their account and any data associated with their account at any time.

How to Request Account Deletion

Please provide the information necessary to identify your QNTSTACK account and send us the email. After reviewing your request, we will process the deletion of your account.

Strategy data saved by the user
Service usage data stored in connection with the account

Data That May Be Retained

If payment or transaction-related information is required to be retained for a certain period under applicable laws and regulations, such information may be stored separately for the legally required retention period and deleted afterward.

Once your account has been deleted, the deleted account and associated data cannot be restored. Please make sure to review or save any strategies or data you may need before submitting a deletion request.
