QNTSTACK

Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other basic matters between QNTSTACK (the "Service") and its users in connection with the use of strategy building, backtesting, charts, strategy analysis, real-time monitoring, and other related features provided by the Service.

Article 2 (Description of the Service)

QNTSTACK may provide the following features to enable users to build and analyze investment strategies using financial market data:

  1. Building rule-based investment strategies
  2. Backtesting using historical data
  3. Financial market charts and technical indicators
  4. Analysis of strategy performance and trading results
  5. Real-time monitoring of strategy conditions and signal notifications
  6. Saving and managing strategies and templates
  7. Other related features provided by QNTSTACK

Some features of the Service may be provided free of charge, while certain features may be available only to paid users.

Article 3 (Registration and Accounts)

Users may access the Service through the login methods provided by QNTSTACK.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and must not improperly transfer, lend, or allow others to use their accounts.

Access to the Service may be restricted if unauthorized use of an account or conduct that may interfere with the operation of the Service is identified.

Article 4 (Investment Disclaimer)

QNTSTACK provides tools that assist users in building and analyzing investment strategies.

Backtesting results, charts, technical indicators, strategy signals, statistics, and other information provided through QNTSTACK are intended solely as reference materials to assist users in making their own investment decisions and do not constitute a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or invest in any particular financial instrument.

Past backtesting results do not guarantee future investment performance.

Actual trading results may differ from backtesting results due to trading fees, slippage, liquidity, order execution, price movements, differences in market data, and other market conditions.

Users are solely responsible for their final investment decisions and any resulting gains or losses.

Article 5 (Backtesting and Strategy Analysis)

Backtesting is calculated based on conditions configured by users and data available through the Service.

Backtesting results may vary depending on the data used, trading conditions, fee settings, calculation methods, timeframes, and other settings.

QNTSTACK makes reasonable efforts to improve the accuracy of backtesting results but does not guarantee that identical results will occur in actual markets.

Users should not regard backtesting results as a guarantee of actual investment performance or future returns.

Article 6 (Market Data)

Market data displayed or used for calculations by QNTSTACK may be based on data provided by external exchanges, data providers, or users.

Market data may be delayed, temporarily unavailable, or inaccurate due to outages, communication delays, data errors, maintenance, policy changes, or other circumstances affecting external services.

Prices, trading volumes, candlestick data, and other information may differ between data providers even for the same financial instrument.

When users upload or enter their own data, they are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate rights to use such data and for the accuracy of the data provided.

Article 7 (Real-Time Monitoring and Notifications)

QNTSTACK may monitor whether conditions configured by users are satisfied in real time or at specified intervals and may display signals or provide notifications.

Signals or notifications may be delayed or missed due to internet connectivity, browser conditions, failures of external data providers, server outages, communication delays, or other technical circumstances.

Users should therefore not rely solely on real-time monitoring or notification features when making investment decisions and should verify actual market conditions before executing important trades.

Article 8 (User Strategies and Content)

As a general rule, users retain rights to the strategies and settings they create directly through QNTSTACK.

If a user publicly shares a strategy or template, other users may view or use that content through the Service.

Users must not upload or share content for which they do not have the necessary rights.

Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of third parties may be restricted or removed without prior notice.

Article 9 (Paid Services)

QNTSTACK may offer certain features as paid services.

The price, subscription period, and features included in paid services will be displayed on the payment page or another applicable information page.

For subscription-based products, access will generally be provided for the applicable subscription period unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations and refunds will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and any separate refund policy or conditions displayed during the payment process.

Article 10 (Restrictions on Use)

Users must not engage in any of the following activities:

  1. Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
  2. Sending excessive requests to servers or APIs through abnormal or unauthorized methods
  3. Using another user's account or information without authorization
  4. Attempting to bypass or compromise the security features of the Service
  5. Using the Service for purposes that violate applicable laws or regulations
  6. Infringing the rights of QNTSTACK or any third party

If any of the above activities are identified, QNTSTACK may restrict the user's access to the Service or suspend the user's account.

Article 11 (Changes and Suspension of the Service)

QNTSTACK may modify or temporarily suspend all or part of the Service when necessary for service improvements, system maintenance, feature changes, changes in the policies of external services, or other operational reasons.

Where reasonably possible, QNTSTACK will provide advance notice of significant changes to the Service or extended periods of service interruption.

However, the Service may be interrupted without prior notice in the event of urgent failures, security issues, or external circumstances beyond QNTSTACK's reasonable control.

Article 12 (Limitation of Liability)

QNTSTACK makes reasonable efforts to provide a stable and reliable Service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, QNTSTACK's liability may be limited for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, communication failures, failures of exchanges or data providers, and problems with a user's network environment, device, or browser.

Any gains or losses arising from a user's investment decisions or actual trading activities are the responsibility of the user.

Nothing in this Article is intended to improperly exclude or limit any liability that QNTSTACK is required to assume under applicable law.

Article 13 (Changes to These Terms)

QNTSTACK may amend these Terms when necessary due to changes in applicable laws, changes to the Service, or other operational requirements.

If an amendment materially affects users, QNTSTACK will provide notice of the changes and their effective date through the Service or by another appropriate method.

Article 14 (Contact)

Questions regarding the Service or these Terms may be submitted through the customer support or contact methods provided by QNTSTACK.
